How the Process Works
If you see a Mobile Home that you like, just give us a call to schedule an appointment to see it. (765-268-5255).Our manager will walk you through the unit and the park and answer any questions you have.
She will go over the park rules and the application process and will provide you with an application form. The application approval process is very easy and quick. You'll know in a matter of days if you are approved.
If you can pay all cash, great! If you can't pay cash, not to worry. We have a lender we work with who makes the process of applying for a loan very easy and quick. They specialize in lending on mobile homes.
And the best part -- often, the amount you pay in loan payments and lot rent will be less than you would pay for rent in the area. Amazing! Once you submit the information to the lender, you should know in a matter of days whether you are approved.
Once approved, you will sign the loan documents and the contract with the park and the unit is yours! All you have to do is move in and start meeting your neighbors.
